Health and safety
At CLD we have a vested interest in ensuring we always use the safest working practices thus, protecting and caring for our staff, our clients, their staff and members of the general public. We invest a great deal of time and money in training each member of staff and in promoting our business as a safe, reliable and professional company.
That is why we subject our health & safety procedures to a regular audit through the National Britannia Safe Contractor Scheme. This scheme is nationally recognised and supported by many of the countries major Property & Facilities Management Companies.
This audit together with induction training, and constant checking and updating of our procedures ensures that we always comply with current Health & Safety Legislation. All senior staff are trained in the use of risk assessments, method statements and COSSH, with COSHH records for all materials kept on each site. All equipment is supplied new at commencement and regularly serviced and PAT tested in compliance with the latest E.I. regulations.
