As part of our ISO 9001 certification we are committed to the constant aims of Total Quality Management Procedures.
From the outset of a new enquiry we visit each site to ascertain each clients specific needs so we can provide a tailored specification covering all aspects of the work to carried out, be it daily, weekly or periodic tasks. We can then carryout specific site induction training for the staff to be employed.
Staff are then regularly monitored and inspected against these specifications with management actively encouraging staff to take pride in their individual area of work and to do personal checks of finished tasks.
Regular visit & audits inspections are carried out using our own visit reports & Key Performance Indicator, marking sheets. These inspection reports are used to ensure our continued high quality service and maintain our reputation as a quality service provider. The visit reports include checks on standards, security, Health & Safety and Staff Training and are regularly used by the company directors to keep abreast of the daily goings on within each area managers portfolio of contracts.
